The Joy of Christmas

Stockings filled with toys and candy,
Presents underneath the tree,
Santa Claus's merry laughter
That's what Christmas meant to me.

Eyes grow wide with joy and wonder
As my children find the spell
Of the magical enchantment
Christmas casts on them as well.

As we near the Christmas season
In the winter of each year,
May its magic never fail us;
May we find its joy and cheer.

And with all its sparkling splendor,
May we find the warmth and love
Emanating from our Savior
As he watches from above.
