Tied with Love

As a gift sent down from Heaven
By our Father up above
The wee, small baby Jesus
Came as proof of God's great love.

So each Christmas in remembrance
Of the Gift sent down to earth,
We give presents to each other
As we celebrate His birth.

Yet in giving out our presents
We should all be very sure
That with care they're picked and packaged
And with love tied most secure.

Yes, for if our love's included
In the smallest gift we bring
Then this smallest of our presents
Becomes a greater thing.
